This place is stunning! The hotel has a beautiful antique vibe and the rooms are lovely with nice bathrooms. The receptionist speaks English, which makes the check-in process easy. We had no problem with parking and the staff were so helpful. The service here is top-notch!

Celebrating New Year was a fantastic experience at this hotel! the live music performance was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious! the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that everyone had a great time. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to the city center where we could enjoy the fireworks display. the room was clean and spacious, and we loved the cozy ambiance with the traditional decorations.

the heating system in our room was not working very well, which made it a bit chilly during the night.

My New Year's experience was fantastic! The property was stunning with breathtaking landscapes, and the building was beautifully designed. The rooms were well equipped and incredibly spacious – perfect for three adults. We loved the restaurant attached to the hotel and really enjoyed the food and service. The fireworks display was amazing and added to the celebration.

To make our New Year's experience even better, we would have appreciated if the staff spoke more English. Also, the location of the hotel could have been better indicated and less challenging to find. Finally, some investment in the room amenities would be great as the bed was uncomfortable and the shower was painful to the point it was not enjoyable.

The surroundings of the hotel are stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and well-maintained grounds. the staff is helpful and friendly, with some members able to communicate in English. the bathrooms are equipped with modern fittings and functional showers.

The hotel did not restrict the noise level during events, and nearby parties and fireworks were disturbing to guests.
